Mr. Jain has over 40 years of experience spanning operations, engineering, consulting, general management, and business building. He worked in various public and corporate sectors at the leadership positions. He served company like SAIL-Steel Authority of India Ltd for 36 years and BEC for 4 years at the leadership position.

He manages various turnkey projects from idealization to commissioning. As a leader, he has experience in project management and managing a large workforce. Mr. Jain also manages modernization, automation, and redesigning the processes and system.

He did his Bachelor of Engineering from MITS, Gwalior in 1972, and management degree from AIIMA IN 1980.

      Swapna Sanchita

Ms. Swapna Sanchita is an entrepreneur and currently running her venture, as Director, T.I.M.E. (Ranchi, since 2006). She has over 14 years of working experience in higher education and management, she has provided strategic consulting services to educational institutions and corporates.

Swapna was also responsible for growing the company from a start-up to a profitable level. She is a voracious reader, speaker, and career counselor.

Swapna Sanchita is an alumnus of IIM, Kozhikode, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from B.I.T Bhilai.

   Dewendra Choubey

Mr. Choubey has 36 years of experience from public and large corporates sectors.

He served companies like Steel Authority of India Ltd. and Jindal steel.

He was on various leadership positions during his professional career and manage multiple complex projects from conceptualization to the commissioning stage. He Manages change management, quality control, and a key member of the modernization of the plant.

Apart from this Mr choubey also handled multiple administrative assignments and advisory roles to improve the overall productivity and quality of the plant.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree.

Mr. Dewedi has 20 years of national and international market experience in business management.

He holds the leadership position in the very early stage of his career.

He has a lot of experience in business turnaround and starts up.

He worked for various corporates like Airtel, Idea cellular, Reliance communication, Exide, etc.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree.

 Mitash Bhattacharyya

Mr. Bhattacharyya has over 32 + years of work experience in the Asia Pacific region like India, Nepal, Dubai, Doha, and Muscat & Sri Lanka. He worked in various capacities in different sectors like- Automobile, BFSI, Health-Care, Education, FMCG, Power Sector, etc. He worked in Fortune 500 Companies like Allianz-Bajaj and Aviva etc.

He is an author of a BOOK for the Life Insurance Industry – published and promoted by Amazon and sold worldwide and got a special response from the USA.

He is a Management graduate and ALP (Accelerated Leadership Program) from IIM-Ahmadabad Certified E-Learning Pro from Elicitus.

        Advocate Ritu

Ms. Ritu has 15 years of work experience in the corporate & legal sector.

Currently, she is associated with the High court and district courts of Delhi. Her specialization is in corporate laws, labor laws, family laws, etc.

She is on the legal advisory panel of NDMC & DDA. Apart from legal she also has an interest in social issues like women empowerment, child abusement, etc.

She imparts training and workshops in the area of POSH, labor laws, family laws, and various ethical issues in the corporate and MSME.
